Refund & Return Policy

At Get Walk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we're here to help if you receive a defective product, the wrong item, or experience any issue with your order.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged pair of shoes.

  • You received the wrong product, size, or color.

  • Your return request is submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • A complete unboxing video is provided, clearly showing the package being opened and the issue with the product.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original box and packaging.

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and invoice (if provided).

  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Returns requested after 3 days or without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Email us at getwalk90@gmail.com.

  3. Include:

    • Order Number

    • Full Name

    • Reason for Return

    • Complete Unboxing Video

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • Return pickup is available in selected areas of Pakistan.

  • If pickup is unavailable, customers must send the parcel using a reliable courier service.

  • A Rs. 200 Return & Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund amount for approved returns.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong shoe size delivered.

  • Wrong product or color received.

  • Defective or damaged footwear.

  • Manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must:

  • Be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include a valid unboxing video.

  • Meet our return eligibility requirements.

Exchange Charges

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

  • A Rs. 250 Exchange Handling Fee may apply for size exchanges.

  • Approved exchanges are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be sent through Bank Transfer or Easypaisa to the customer's verified account.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be approved if:

  • The shoes show signs of wear or use.

  • The product is returned without its original box or packaging.

  • Tags or accessories are missing.

  • No valid unboxing video is provided.

  • The returned item fails our quality inspection.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders, approved cancellation refunds are processed within 1–2 working days.

Repeated order cancellations may result in future order restrictions.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged shoes

  • Wrong product

  • Wrong size

  • Missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

Without video proof, we will be unable to process refunds or replacements.

Approved replacement orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
